Technology
Transparent LED screens are comprised of strips of a number of very high quality LED lamps, each containing red, blue and green chips.
Transparent LED Screens
The LEDs in the strips provide sufficient brightness to carry an image of high viewing resolution from an appropriate viewing distance. The distance between the strips allow the transparency. From the front they look like a digital screen and from the back they are transparent. A transparent LED display also has view image such that when the viewer is positioned at a suitable distance from the screen, they may watch a video that looks like it’s suspended on the glass wall.
Screen Basic Building Blocks
LEDs
Only the highest quality LED lamps are used.
Using a matte encapsulation lens to enhance the colour balance and combined with a custom designed black housing to increase the contrast ratio, the Nexnovo LEDs are the best in the business.
Colour Balance
With a monthly production output of over 400M pieces. The lamps are able to be produced in large single bin quantities ensuring maximum brightness and colour uniformity throughout all displays.
Also, with top mounted LED strips, the dispersed light through the atomised matte lens gives a uniform colour balance which creates the best output at any viewing angle.
Colour Distribution
With red, green and blue chips vertically placed, the displays have the best colour distribution, making the left and right viewing angles sharp and well balanced.
LED Strips
Nexnovo has invested years in its 3D-SMT technology. Every soldering plate on every printed circuit board has an 8 stage process, giving them the best possible surface-to-LED connection. These LEDs can withstand 40N of force before breaking loose, ensuring stability and the lowest defect rate in the industry.
Transparency
The transparency of a screen is dependent on the ratio of the distance between the strips, and, the distance between the strip centres. The ratio is limited by the need to maintain a high level of screen brightness.
